JC rider Shane Dorian gets in Billbong Pipeline contest!
This year’s Billabong Pipeline contest kicked off in very heavy 10-15′ waves on Oahu’s North Shore! Shane Dorian, JC Hawaii surfboards top rider, has been getting huge barrels, beating some of the best pros in the world. Shane has taken down Jordy Smith, Brett Simpson, Taj Burrow and is a guest comentator when not out surfing heats in this amazing event!

East Coast Champions!
The Barends just returned from the Outer Banks where the East Coast Championships took place. This annual event takes place in Hatteras for years, but this year it was transferred to Jennette’s Pier in Nags Head, NC. The conditions were phenomenal for the final day of the adult’s competition.
